1. Introduction
ARH Music supports innovation in music creation while respecting intellectual property rights and applicable laws. This AI Music Policy explains the requirements for distributing AI-generated or AI-assisted Content through ARH Music.
This Policy forms part of the ARH Music Terms & Conditions, Distribution Agreement, Privacy Policy, Copyright & DMCA Policy, Refund & Subscription Policy, Cookie Policy, and other applicable policies.
2. Scope
This Policy applies to all Content that is:
- Fully AI-generated;
- Partially AI-generated;
- AI-assisted;
- AI voice generated;
- AI-enhanced;
- AI-remastered; or
- Created using any machine learning or generative AI technology.
3. Ownership Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you own or have obtained all rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations necessary to distribute AI-generated or AI-assisted Content.
ARH Music does not verify ownership of every AI-generated work before distribution.
4. AI Disclosure
Where requested by ARH Music or a Digital Service Provider (DSP), you must accurately disclose whether your Content has been created or materially assisted using artificial intelligence.
Providing false or misleading information may result in suspension or removal of your Content.
5. Prohibited AI Content
You must not submit AI Content that:
- Infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights;
- Uses unauthorized voice cloning;
- Impersonates another artist without authorization;
- Contains deepfake performances intended to deceive;
- Violates applicable laws or DSP policies;
- Contains fraudulent or misleading metadata.
6. Voice Cloning and Likeness
You may only distribute AI-generated voices or likenesses where you have all necessary legal rights and permissions.
ARH Music may request proof of authorization at any time.
7. DSP Compliance
Acceptance of AI-generated Content is subject to the policies of each Digital Service Provider.
ARH Music cannot guarantee that AI-generated Content will be accepted, monetized, or remain available on any platform.
8. Rights Verification
ARH Music may request documentation relating to:
- Ownership;
- AI creation process;
- Licensing;
- Voice authorization;
- Copyright permissions; or
- Other information reasonably necessary to verify rights.
Failure to provide requested documentation may result in suspension or refusal of the affected Content.
9. AI Metadata
You are responsible for ensuring that all metadata associated with AI-generated Content is accurate and does not mislead listeners, platforms, or rights holders.
10. Liability
You remain solely responsible for any legal claim arising from your AI-generated or AI-assisted Content.
Nothing in this Policy transfers liability for the legality or originality of AI-generated Content to ARH Music.
11. Policy Updates
ARH Music may modify this Policy to reflect changes in technology, industry standards, platform requirements, or applicable law.
