Report Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted content has been distributed, uploaded, or made available without your authorization, you may submit a copyright infringement notice directly to the relevant Digital Service Provider (DSP).

Before filing a claim, please ensure that you are the copyright owner or an authorized representative of the copyright owner. Filing false or misleading copyright claims may result in legal liability.

When submitting your complaint, include as much accurate information as possible.

Copyright Owner Information

  • Company, Label, or Brand Name (if applicable)

  • Phone Number (optional)
  • Link to the original release
  • Proof of ownership (Copyright Registration, Distribution Agreement, ISRC, UPC, Publishing Registration, etc.)

Details of the Infringement

Please provide:

  • Type of infringement
    • Sound Recording
    • Musical Composition
    • Artwork / Cover Art
    • Trademark
    • Other Intellectual Property
  • Title of your original work
  • Artist Name
  • ISRC / UPC (if available)
  • Link to your original content
  • Link(s) to the infringing content
  • A brief explanation describing how your copyright has been infringed
  • Any supporting evidence or screenshots

Accuracy Statement

I declare that the information contained in this notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner of the exclusive rights that are allegedly infringed.

Electronic Signature

What Happens Next?

After your copyright notice has been submitted:

  • The DSP will review your complaint.
  • Additional documentation or verification may be requested.
  • If the claim is determined to be valid, the infringing content may be removed, blocked, or disabled in accordance with the DSP’s copyright policy.
  • If the claim is disputed, the DSP may contact both parties for additional information.

Please note that each Digital Service Provider follows its own copyright review process. Processing times and outcomes may vary.
