Thank you for choosing ARH Music. This Refund & Subscription Policy explains the terms governing subscription purchases, refunds, cancellations, and related matters. By purchasing any Subscription or Service from ARH Music, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy, together with our Terms & Conditions, Distribution Agreement, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Copyright & DMCA Policy, and AI Music Policy.


1. Subscription Model

ARH Music operates primarily on a one-time subscription model for its digital music services.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, each Subscription is purchased through a one-time payment and grants access to the services included within the selected Subscription plan.

Subscription features may vary depending on the selected plan.


2. No Refund Policy

Except where a refund is expressly required under mandatory applicable law, all Subscription purchases and service fees are final and non-refundable.

Once payment has been successfully completed:

  • Subscription Fees cannot be refunded;
  • Partial refunds will not be provided;
  • Unused Services do not qualify for refunds;
  • Failure to use the purchased Subscription does not create any entitlement to a refund; and
  • Dissatisfaction with commercial results, streaming performance, monetization, playlist placement, publishing outcomes, or similar expectations does not constitute grounds for a refund.

By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and accept this Refund Policy.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase;
  • Accidental purchase by the User;
  • Failure to read the Terms & Conditions or related policies;
  • Lack of familiarity with the Services;
  • Personal financial circumstances;
  • Failure to upload Content;
  • Delay caused by third-party Digital Service Providers (DSPs);
  • Rejection of Content by a DSP due to policy or technical requirements;
  • Failure to meet eligibility requirements for specific features or services;
  • Account suspension or termination resulting from violation of ARH Music policies; or
  • Any other reason not required by mandatory applicable law.

4. Lifetime Subscription Access

Where a Subscription is described as Lifetime, access to the included Services will remain available for the operational lifetime of the applicable ARH Music Service, subject to:

  • continued operation of the Service;
  • compliance with our Terms & Conditions and Distribution Agreement; and
  • any lawful modifications, discontinuation, or replacement of specific features.

Lifetime access refers to the lifetime of the Service and does not guarantee perpetual availability regardless of business, legal, or technical circumstances.


5. Order Confirmation

Following successful payment, ARH Music will send a confirmation email containing, where applicable:

  • Order confirmation;
  • Subscription details;
  • Payment confirmation;
  • Account activation information; and
  • Instructions for accessing the purchased Services.

Users are responsible for providing an accurate and accessible email address.


6. Duplicate Payments

If the same Subscription is mistakenly purchased more than once due to a verified technical error, ARH Music may, at its sole discretion, either:

  • issue an appropriate credit;
  • merge the duplicate purchase where technically possible; or
  • provide another reasonable resolution.

Supporting documentation may be required before any review is conducted.


7. Chargebacks

Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute after receiving access to ARH Music Services may result in:

  • temporary suspension of Services;
  • permanent account suspension;
  • termination of the Subscription;
  • recovery of outstanding amounts where permitted by applicable law; and
  • restriction from future purchases.

Users are encouraged to contact ARH Music Support before initiating any payment dispute.

Although Subscription Fees are non-refundable, ARH Music is committed to providing reasonable customer support to help users access and use the purchased Services.

9. Changes to this Policy

ARH Music reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Subscription Policy at any time.

Any revised version will be published on the official ARH Music website together with the updated “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the Services following any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
